This designer decorated condo is on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the waterfalls in the picturesque lagoon pool. It is convenient to the clubhouse, fitness center and parking. Best of all, this condo is away from the street noises.

THIS IS A HUGE 1BR CONDO!!
885 sq. feet plus the patio! The floor plan is amazingly well designed. Many one bedroom condos are long rectangles with the living room in the front and the bedroom in the back. This floor plan is a double wide rectangular so your living room and bedroom are in front and both have sliding doors off the patio. Check out the floorplan below. The entire condo is light and bright! You'll feel the difference!
And check this out - every condo has its own individual AC and heating units - VERY IMPORTANT!

This condo was designed and decorated by a local designer and it is gorgeous! The theme is Southwest and we purchased the finest furniture that reflects the beauty of this region.
In the living room, you'll find an entertainment center with a new LCD TV & DVD. Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we keep at the condo for your use or rent them at several spots close by. Just in case you get tired of all that sunshine, there are books and plenty of games and books. Long distance phone service is included.
Have more than 2 guests your party? This condo has a very comfy sofa sleeper in the living room.
Want to surf the net? You'll be pleasantly surprised to find secure high speed internet accessed via secure wireless or an Ethernet connection - all included!! There's a computer desk in the living room so bring your laptop and hook up!!
Our past guests have told us they love the sounds of the waterfall right outside the door. So soothing!
They also enjoy the convenience of the ground floor location for easy access to the pool. No need to use an elevator when you come home with groceries. The reserved parking is very close to the condo.
You will definitely enjoy the big patio with a table and chairs - perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and outdoor dining overlooking a huge lagoon pool.
And, gas BBQ's are right outside the front door! Yes, you'll be able to BBQ year 'round here!!
THE MASTER SUITE
The Master Suite has a super comfy pillow top KING bed with fine quality linens and lots of pillows.
There's plenty of space to store your stuff in 2 double dressers and a huge walk-in closet. You can enjoy TV in bed with an HDTV in the bedroom.
The bath in the Master Suite has a double sink vanity and a HUGE walk in shower - big enough for 2!! There are plenty of new fluffy towels and a hairdryer.
The private full size washer and dryer for your exclusive use is in a locked room off the patio.

We've tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, fun filled stay. No kidding. Check out all that is included!! Your kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven & microwave. You'll also find a blender, toaster, coffeemaker, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans plus wine & martini glasses.
There are spices, kitchen towels, pot holders & place mats. We've tried to think of everything you might need to cook a turkey dinner or blend a margarita!! Just bring your food and drinks!!
Also included: cordless telephone with voice mail, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. All utilities are included. Maid service is available.
